We are looking for a motivated Admissions Officer, who will be responsible ensuring enrolment targets are met by applying established admissions criteria.
Their primary duties include analysing and convert students applications, processing their paperwork and payment if accepted, and examining, altering, or explaining admission processes.
Main Responsibility and Accountability Areas:
- Develop the school yearly admissions and enrolment plan;
- Organize co-host host branding and admissions events with marketing;
- Maximize leads conversion by managing them through the admissions funnel;
- Hold informational meetings with prospective students and families as well as returning students and families as needed;
- Review and verify credentials of prospective students and process applications through enrolment;
- Collect required student documentation pertaining to the admissions/enrolment process, signed payment plan and contract signed by parents and by Head of School;
- Collaborate with Administrative Assistant and School Manager to ensure completion of student records;
- Manage leads database, perform data analysis and weekly reporting and any other needed reporting;
- Examine the current admission process and recommend changes when necessary;
- Process paperwork for accepted students;
- Update and maintain a database of students’ information;
- Refer students to program directors or the financial department for specific information;
- Guide students through the application and acceptance process;
